- Built: 1992

- Greens: Regulation bent grass

- Fairways: Rich blend of bluegrass

- Tees: Five different sets to accommodate all skill levels

What We Love Most:

- Breathtaking mountain scenery from every hole

- Excellent course layout and condition

- Great pace of play

- Reasonable rates ($72 each including cart on our last visit)

- Genuinely helpful staff

- Wildlife sightings (hello, deer!)

- Practical perks like taking golf carts to the parking lot

Signature Holes That'll Take Your Breath Away

The Valley Overlook Par 4: This hole ends at the edge of the mountain where you overlook an entire valley. Standing on that green, surrounded by nothing but beautiful mountains, trees, and pristine nature – it's one of those golf moments you never forget.

The Wicked Par 5: Here's where things get interesting! This challenging hole features a hard left turn after a blind tee shot. Even if you think you've hit it "pretty well," your ball might still find its way into the abyss below. It's a humbling reminder that mountain golf demands respect – especially for us recreational players!

Beyond the Golf

ree

The clubhouse restaurant sits above the pro shop with mountain vistas galore, overlooking the 18th hole. Whether you're in the mood for fine dining or something more casual, the views make every meal memorable.

Old Beau isn't just a golf course – it's a true resort offering lodging for stay-and-play packages, plus real estate opportunities for those who fall so in love with the place they want to call it home.
